Look them go! Only a few short months after construction began again and they are moving right along on Spire located at Champa & 14th in downtown Denver.  They are working on the 9th floor of the 33-story residential building to be ready late 2009. 

Prices of the 503 units will now be starting in the mid-$200’s for the one-bedroom floorplans.  Check out where they are at with construction, these pictures were taken from 14th Street between Champa & Stout.
