The intersection of 32nd & Zuni has been congested lately due to the construction of a new residential development at 3131 Zuni St.  I drive by the zone on the daily and can’t believe how efficient the construction crew is?!  They are really making progress on the 3-story building that is scheduled to be complete early 2009.   The units have soaring 20-30 foot ceilings and walls of windows.   The design is fluid and open which expands into the outdoor living spaces.

The two-bed/two-bath units are around 1550 square feet with two reserved garage spaces, current pricing is upper $400’s.  Penthouse unit boast one-floor living, no stairs and a private elevator entrance will zip you home, sweet, home.  These 3-bedroom, 3-bath units have a generous 2500 square feet and are currently priced in the mid-$700’s.  There are no models to look at yet but at the rate they are building perhaps we’ll see some by the end of the summer.
